A highly successful buy-to-let property investor, Caroline Marsh is currently making a name for herself in the media as an inspirational speaker and philanthropic entrepreneur, combining family life with a rapidly expanding business. From a rollercoaster childhood in her native Zambia to media limelight in her adopted home England. Caroline has consistently demonstrated determination, resilience, generosity, capability and integrity. When she was ten years old, growing up in Zambia, like many young girls Caroline dreamed of living the glamorous life of airline cabin crew. Her world fell apart when she was 13 and her father died and she lost not only a parent but a mentor and an inspiration. The family struggled for a number of years, but at the age of 19 her childhood dream came true, when she was one of ten selected from five thousand applicants to become a flight attendant with Zambian Express. That was the point at which Caroline realised the power of setting Goals. She moved to the UK with her husband, Mike, in 2002, and worked as an administrator and later promoter for marketing companies, promoting everything from cereal bars to cars. Caroline’s life turned around when she went to a Business Conference in Alicante, where she heard Millionaire Entrepreneur and property investor Steve Bolton talk about cash-positive property investing in the UK. Early 2007, Steve mentored Caroline and helped her establish a successful property business and made her first million in fewer than 9 months. Caroline then had an opportunity to feature on Prime Time Television C4’s ‘The Secret Millionaire’, a program which takes a millionaire undercover into a world of voluntary and community projects, she went to Toxteth, Liverpool and as a direct result of her experience, not only has Caroline given money and ongoing business support to two community projects in Toxteth, but also she was inspired to start helping Aspiring Entrepreneurs and work alongside a number of charities that are making a difference in their communities, both national and International. She also regularly speaks at conferences and seminars alongside some of Britain’s top business brains including Dragons’ Den stars Peter Jones and James Caan, and the inventor of the World Wide Web, Tim Berners Lee. Caroline has since Established business mentoring programs for both Starts up and Small to Medium sized Enterprises (“Concept To Cash in 90 Days” and “The Mastermind Alliance”). These programs are designed to equip Aspiring Entrepreneurs and business owners with necessary skills, tools and proven strategies on how to establish a successful business using tested proven strategies.
