Chris Battin had a number of successful years in management for companies such as Xerox, where he gained experience in franchising (concessions). He then set up BCR Associates with business partner Richard Dormer and with his knowledge and expertise of franchising a decision was made to franchise the business in 2005. Since then the business has grown to become one of the leading and most considered business cost reduction companies in the UK.
