Who we are and our history, and how our business has grown and involved over the last 40 years of trading, paying particular attention to the key milestones that have helped us to become the UK’s No 1 window covering specialist.
Damon Smith Joined Hillarys Blinds in 1999 as an advisor working in and around the Derbyshire area. After 3 very successful years selling and fitting Hillarys products, he was promoted to his first sales management position as a Field Sales Manager, where he quickly established a flare and success in supporting a network of 50+ self-employed Advisors, helping them to achieve their earning and growth ambitions. In 2006 he was promoted again to a newly formed Specialist Product division were he was instrumental in driving this new business channel from a turnover of 4millon to 17millon. Finally, in 2009 he was promoted to his current senior management position of Regional Sales Manger for the South of England & London. With the help of his team of 6 managers Damon currently supports a network of 320 Advisors business across the southern region.
