He will explain ways in which franchisors wishing to enter the UK can assess the marketability of their concept, and identify an appropriate franchise structure (including fees). He will discuss ways of minimising costs, and maximising financial returns. And he will review the various options open to franchisors for securing an appropriate UK partner.
