Rachel Ray : THE F FACTOR- how to identify a female-friendly franchise

Rachel Ray

There are certain factors that make a business ideally suited to the female entrepreneur. Find out what they are and how to identify the franchise for you. Rachel will lead a practical session that will help you to take stock of your priorities so that you can find your ideal franchise.

Mumpreneur Rachel Ray combines an ambitious and thriving business with her pioneering work to promote family friendly working and better working conditions both in the UK and overseas, recently winning the Manchester Women & Business Award 2011. Ten years ago Rachel was a high-flying business consultant, working across the world and in charge of a team of 60. Taking a career break in 2002 to have her two daughters, Rachel also took some time to re-evaluate her career and was reluctant to return to a corporate 9 to 5 life of constant juggling. So she took the plunge and set up her own business, having spotted a real gap in the market for an ethical, professional, family and eco-friendly homecare business, designed for busy people. Bright & Beautiful now has franchises operating across the country, which are run by men and women who want to step off that corporate ladder – from sales managers to fashion buyers and policewomen.
