In this seminar, Sandra Patterson talks about her experiences of the past few years, about how her and her husband developed and successfully sold an online company, and how their latest highly successful franchise business was conceived as a complete family business whilst working from home.
Sandra is 39 years old, and a wife and mother of 2 young daughters. Originally training in Accountancy and qualifying as a Charted Accountant in 1994, Sandra’s career path since then has taken a wide and varied path, including the Antiques trade, running a local village shop and post office, an internet startup company which was successfully sold out in 2010, through to her and her husband’s Franchise Company which has sold now 11 franchises since launching in July 2011. Sandra is a UK Female Entrepreneurship Ambassador, and always been motivated by the belief that anyone can be whatever they want to be, with hard work and determination, and that there are no ceilings other than those that we put in place ourselves.
