Khalil explains how years of hands on operational leadership shaped Caprinos’ practical, performance driven philosophy. Rather than relying on theory, the brand built its franchise model around what operators genuinely need: structured training, practical operational support, meaningful national marketing investment, and systems designed for the real pressures of running high-volume kitchens. This grounded approach has enabled franchisees to perform consistently while protecting quality and brand standards at scale.

The seminar explores the structural foundations behind sustainable growth, from franchisee recruitment and development to supply chain expansion, quality control at scale, leadership capability, and brand protection. A standout feature of the network is internal progression: more than 25% of franchisees began in other roles within the business, with several now operating multiple sites.
