But as brand activations became more ambitious and logistics more demanding, one thing became clear: brands needed more than just great creative. They needed smarter management.

So in late 2024, after months of research, scoping workshops and user discovery, we set out to build the next evolution of event support. Tools that empower our clients to plan, execute and analyse their events seamlessly within Brand iQ.

And throughout 2025, we’ve brought that vision to life.

Historically, event managers have had to juggle multiple suppliers, disconnected systems and endless spreadsheets. The result? Delays, duplicated effort, and unpredictable outcomes.

Here’s how brands now bring their events to life using Brand iQ:

  • Create a single order containing everything needed. Event hardware, graphics, merchandise and accessories.

  • Submit essential details such as venue information, scheduling and installation requirements.

  • We take it from there. Coordinating logistics, booking resources and preparing all materials for the big day.

  • Our fulfilment team gets to work, carefully checking, packing and shipping every component to ensure it arrives on time and in perfect condition.

  • Experienced installers handle setup, ensuring the event space looks flawless and fully aligned with the brand’s vision.

  • When the event wraps, our team returns to de-rig, pack down and remove equipment. Giving clients one less thing to worry about after a long day.

  • Back at our warehouse, stock is checked in, inspected for damage, refreshed or replaced, and safely stored for the next event.

All of this is tracked, automated and audited within Brand iQ. Providing complete visibility, faster decision-making, and smarter forecasting for future planning.
