We’re delighted to welcome Jess to the team as our new Franchise Partnerships Administrator. At just 23, Jess brings a strong blend of academic achievement and hands-on professional experience, with a background in both administrative work and customer service. She holds a Law degree from Liverpool John Moores University and is currently furthering her studies with a Master’s in Journalism, demonstrating her commitment to developing strong communication, research, and analytical skills. Her proactive approach and attention to detail make her a valuable addition to the Apollo Care Franchising team.

In her role, Jess plays a key part in supporting franchise growth by capturing new leads and building meaningful connections with prospective partners. She works closely with individuals interested in the Apollo Care opportunity, guiding them through the initial stages and arranging non-committal discovery calls to help them explore the franchise journey. With a friendly and professional manner, Jess ensures every potential partner feels informed, supported, and confident as they take their first steps toward joining the network.
