The appointment strengthens OxyHealthCare’s national infrastructure as the organisation continues its rapid clinic rollout across the UK.

Chris Muir Joins as Franchise Network Manager

Chris brings a wide-ranging and multi-disciplinary background to the role. After graduating with a BA (Hons) in Business Administration, he built a career across Account Management, Relationship Management and Sales Management, including more than 18 years working alongside founder Paul Milligan in digital and online marketing.

In his mid-40s, Chris retrained and qualified as a Gas Safe Engineer and plumber, gaining valuable real-world experience before returning to digital strategy. This combination of commercial, operational and technical knowledge gives him a unique advantage in supporting OxyHealthCare’s franchise partners.

“When I first learned about Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, I was genuinely fascinated by the science and the results people were talking about,” Chris said. “Joining OxyHealthCare in 2025 felt like the natural next step. My role is to support franchise owners, strengthen our systems, and ensure every clinic delivers the same high standard of client experience.”

As Franchise Network Manager, Chris will work closely with Head Office to:

• Support new franchise owners throughout launch, onboarding and operations
• Maintain consistency across all UK locations
• Streamline business systems, procedures and reporting
• Uphold OxyHealthCare’s high client-care standards
• Help scale the network across the UK in 2025–2026 and beyond
