While the name of the manufacturer remains commercially sensitive, the agreement secures UK access to world-class, clinically validated HBOT technology, including:

• Medical-grade single and multi-person hard-shell HBOT chambers
• Modular and scalable mild HBOT systems for clinical deployment
• Advanced veterinary and equine systems for future market expansion

This strategic distribution agreement gives OxyHealthCare control of its HBOT supply chain and unlocks new market opportunities, including the development of veterinary and equine divisions.

UK-Wide Clinical Expansion

OxyHealthCare is now the fastest-growing HBOT clinic brand in the UK, with an ambitious rollout underway:

• Chesterfield — Now open and operating as the OxyHealthCare Flagship Clinic
• Sheffield — Opening September 2025 as the National HQ and UK’s largest HBOT centre with 8 hard-shell chambers
• Penrith, Leeds, Mansfield, South Nottingham — All confirmed to open between October 2025 and January 2026 under the OxyHealthCare franchise model

To date, five 5-year franchise agreements have been signed, 11+ more are in NDA stage, and over 178 franchise leads are being actively progressed across the UK and Ireland.

Strategic Moves into Veterinary & Equine HBOT

On the back of the new supply agreement, OxyHealthCare has secured the domains OxyPetCare.co.uk and OxyPetCare.com, with plans to enter the veterinary HBOT market under the new OxyPetCare division. The brand is not yet launched but will support the treatment of dogs, cats, and small animals using medical-grade HBOT technology.

Additionally, an external investor has committed financial support for the launch of OxyQuestrian — a dedicated equine HBOT division for horse owners, trainers, and rehabilitation centres.
