Legal protection now in place across clinical services, medical devices, and wellness therapy

The registration, granted by the UK Intellectual Property Office on 1st August 2025, applies across three key trademark classes:

• Class 5: Pharmaceuticals, supplements, and medical-grade oxygen products
• Class 10: Medical apparatus, including hyperbaric chambers
• Class 44: Medical services, healthcare services, wellness therapy, and oxygen therapy

This legal milestone ensures exclusive nationwide rights to the OxyHealthCare name across these categories — covering the brand’s clinical delivery, therapeutic offering, and specialist equipment — with protection against unauthorised commercial use.

The announcement comes as OxyHealthCare actively raises £1 million for 20% equity via Crowdcube, giving private investors the opportunity to participate in the next phase of national growth.
