Small Studio Footprint
As fit20 studios are air conditioned to 18°C and studio members are slow speed training they don’t sweat, and we have no need for shower or changing facilities. As a result the fit20 studio
footprint requires only 70-80 sqm.

Cost Effective Fitout
As there are only a few architectural layout requirements for a fit20 studio, fit out is usually mostly cosmetic in nature without the need to undertake any heavy duty building. Equipment is usually leased, reducing initial capital outlay.
