Green Mosaic Pizza was founded in London in 2020 with a bold mission: to redefine pizza as a healthier, greener, and more conscious indulgence by blending authentic Italian flavours with nutrient-dense, high-fibre ingredients that support wellness without sacrificing taste. Starting in Holborn, our early success led to expansions into Hammersmith in 2023 and Balham in 2025, plus a mobile pizza van for events and catering. Our pizzerias are just as special as our pizzas and add real strength and identity to the brand. The plant-filled, eco-friendly interiors oer a wonderful sense of calm — connecting urban diners to nature while they enjoy delicious guilt-free food. We source exclusively from local organic suppliers, ensuring pesticide-free, premium ingredients in every pizza.
