Miss Millies is a well established Brand based mainly in the West Country, now under new ownership and management. We are defintely not an old fashioned Chicken shop. We have a new image and attutide, and are now perfectly positioned to fuel our growth strategy. We offer freshly prepared hand breaded Chicken in our own secret recipe of 12 (yes 12!) herbs and spices. We also have a range of house sauces, so you can either have your Chicken as it comes or coated in one of our great flavour sauces.

We are looking to build long lasting relationships with Franchisees to continue the growth of our Brand together.

We have developed all the sytems, processess and training to help you become a high performing operator. We can also help with site finding, introduction to and working with funders, and all other elements to help you get your first store open.

You will also receive ongoing support from our experienced restuarant support team and of course all our training systems and processes. We have established store systems, including Supply chain, EPOS, inventory management, digital menu boards, self serve kiosks, click & collect, loyalty App.

Our marketing team ensures we are represented in traditional media as well as digital platforms including UGC and paid content.
