Merisù is an Italian dessert concept specialised in tiramisù prepared live in front of the customer. Founded in Rome in 2016, the brand was created to transform one of Italy’s most iconic desserts into a simple, visual and contemporary experience.
Each tiramisù is assembled fresh at the moment of order using high quality ingredients, combining craftsmanship with speed of service. The concept is designed for high footfall locations and works in a compact retail format.
Today Merisù operates stores in Rome and Madrid and is expanding internationally through franchising. New openings are planned across Europe and in the United States starting in 2026.
