The founder traveled all over Japan and tried a variety of ramen to establish a restaurant that offers an outstanding taste. We have created a new concept enjoyed all over Japan. We pour our hearts and soul in every single ramen bowl we make, to deliver happiness to all our guests.
We are a "food consulting company" supporting the development of our franchisees' businesses based on know-how we've created since we started our company.
We want to introduce Japanese Omotenashi (Hospitality) culture and the real taste of Ramen to the world. Our vision is to become the largest and the most well-known Hiroshima-born ramen chain in the world.
We developed BARI-UMA Ramen to provide our guest with the highest quality Japanese Ramen. The success of BARI-UMA Ramen is based on 3 main points we have been working on since we started:
1. The soup: so creamy and flavorful that it tempts you from the first sip. We guarantee the highest stable quality of our soup as it is made with fresh ingredients in our factory in Japan. It is freshly vacuum packed to maintain its taste and shipped from Japan to all our domestic and overseas stores at room temperature.
2. In-house Noodles with no added preservatives: our noodles are made in each of our stores with carefully selected flour and we adopt our original blend ratio of ingredients taking into consideration temperature and humidity to make a flavorful and tasty noodle. We are so committed to the quality of our noodles that we do not add any preservatives. We are sure that we can serve the best and safest noodles ever. This makes us different from other ramen restaurants.
3. Simple operation for easy and fast expansion: we developed our franchise system based on a store management and operation easy to roll out overseas. We provide assistance for location selection, store design, on site training and material, a ready to use soup shipped from Japan to guarantee the same high-quality taste everywhere securing higher sales and high profitability. Through daily accounting system and OJT (On the Job Training), we make store managers and staff participate in management to provide our Franchisees with high ROI (Return On Investment).
Our brand expanded since we stared to 51 stores in Japan and 27 stores Overseas (Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Australia, China, Indonesia, The Philippines…)
