During my 32 years in hospitality, I have gained a wealth of knowledge in Restaurants, Nightclubs and Bars, Hotels and as a Food to Go Expert. Voted as a TOP 20 Hospitality influencer The brands that I have worked for have been both Independent and large PLCs, enabling me to work on a larger scale or be agile to the needs of emerging brands.

Most recently I have successfully launched CUPP Bubble Tea into the Franchise Market. I have established CUPP as one of the fastest growing Food to Go brands in the U.K. CUPP now has 40 Sites open, 130 contracted sites opening in the next five years, both in the U.K and Internationally in India, Dubai and the USA.
