Meet Bea Waterfield, the devoted CEO of Baby College. Bea's journey began in 2004 as a franchisee, teaching across Oxford, Abingdon, Witney, and Thame for 15 years. Taking ownership in late 2005, she serves as owner and franchisor, collaborating with the Head Office team to support new franchisees. Bea's leadership ensures Baby College as the premier choice for parent and baby development. Her commitment is seen in her collaboration with Goldsmiths University's Psychology Department, where she supervises a PhD candidate for The Little Seed Project, aiding underserved communities. Beyond her professional role, Bea, a musician and parent, passionately supports the Baby College Family. Not just the CEO, she's a devoted advocate for new parents and entrepreneurs finding work-life balance.
