Cathryn Hayes joined the Revive! board in 2016 and brings extensive experience in franchising. She spent 20 years as HSBC’s Head of Franchising, where she also served as a judge for the bfa HSBC Franchise Awards. Following this, Cathryn spent 18 months at the British Franchise Association as head of business support, further deepening her industry expertise and insight. A well-known figure in franchising, she regularly contributes columns to leading franchise publications. At Revive!, Cathryn’s focus is on recruiting new franchisees, bringing in people with the right ambition and people skills to join the network.
