Launching the category-disrupting The Massage Company in 2016 was the culmination of Charlie’s wide-ranging experience in the spa sector. He has a background in large, multi-site operations including Virgin Active and previously opened 18 different spa operations across Europe on behalf of ESPA, Anne Semonin, and Q Hotels. He also served 7 years as chairman of the UK Spa Association. Charlie’s background gives him a keen understanding of, and insight into, the UK & international massage therapy market.
