Ed started his career in corporate life, working for FMCG giants Diageo and Nestle, in sales and strategy roles, running teams of over 300 people. Having completed an MBA, he then moved to a fast-paced SME as Sales & Marketing Director. Struggling to balance his work and life as a husband and father of 2 young boys, he looked to franchising as the solution. 13 years later he’s been nominated in the 2022 Great British Entrepreneur awards, bought the UK rights to the franchise he started with, and has (almost) sorted his work/life balance!
