Zambrero UK is lead by CEO, Emily Teh who has been with Zambrero Group for over 8 years. She is a passionate leader who believes in the soul and heart that is at the core of the Zambrero brand.

Emily relocated to the UK from Australia in 2020 during the height of Covid to launch Zambrero in the UK.

With her extensive experience working with entrepreneurial high-growth companies, she has maximised Zambrero’s investment in the UK, overseeing the opening of 14 restaurants and paving the way for franchising by laying a strong foundation for the UK business through corporate restaurants and experienced head office team.
