With strong experience in franchising and multi-site development, he specialises in franchise partner recruitment, territory expansion and strategic site acquisition. 

At Zambrero, Mike supports the full expansion lifecycle from identifying and onboarding new franchisees to guiding them through site selection and securing locations aligned with the brand’s growth strategy. His work focuses on building sustainable franchise partnerships and ensuring new openings are positioned for long-term success. 

Through his leadership in expansion, Mike contributes to Zambrero’s wider ambitions to scale its fast-growing modern Mexican quick-service restaurant concept across the UK and Europe, helping strengthen its franchise network and accelerate market presence.
