Lisa is the Chief Executive Officer for Trafalgar Education (currently owning the franchise brands Stagecoach Performing Arts and Drama Kids) with over 20 years leading operational business functions, an MBA and, a QFP from the British Franchise Association.

Prior to joining Trafalgar Education, Lisa ran her own children’s theatre company for 8 years before selling the business and moving on to work for other franchise brands (Platinum Property Partners, Shuttercraft) where she worked her way from Operations Manager to Managing Director and Head of Franchising.

She specialises in franchise operational systemisation, processes, cost savings, and replacing challenges with solutions. One of the main drivers for her passion in franchising is seeing the way that it changes lives, giving people (especially women in her current sector) control over their income, their work life balance, and their futures. Seeing franchisees succeed and achieve new things is one of the best bits of the job!

In her spare time, she runs a side hustle cake business and is founding director of an adult musical theatre company.
