Lucy founded The Sleep Nanny in 2014 while raising two under two and has trained hundreds of sleep consultants in 23 countries around the world. Upon franchising the business, she sold 30 franchises in just 6 months and has helped her franchisees more than double previous earnings with some going from zero sales to £5K months part-time. Lucy’s extensive business and psychology experience gives her a unique understanding of how the busy female mind works and how to overcome the barriers to marketing and creating a successful business even while raising a family and working part-time.
