leadership roles at TRIB3, where he served as COO and previously as Chief Experience Officer, overseeing user experience and scaling operations across multiple markets.

Previously, Matteo held senior positions at Holmes Place Group, leading product, experience and teams across 10 regions, and co-founded Pump Fitness Spirit, a venture that shaped his entrepreneurial vision. Beginning his career as an instructor and international Les Mills trainer, Matteo remains passionate 
about building high-performance fitness communities and delivering exceptional member experiences worldwide. His journey combines hands on expertise, strategic insight and a lifelong dedication to innovation in health and wellness.
