Melody Ford is a Scottish-Iranian entrepreneur and founder of Meloosha Homecare. Born in Iran in the 1970s, she grew up during the Iranian Revolution and the Iran–Iraq war before moving to Scotland to pursue higher education. She holds a degree in Engineering and 2 masters degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management and Information Technology. Her academic background shaped her analytical thinking, operational discipline and strategic approach to growth. These foundations have influenced how she builds systems, manages performance and scales sustainable businesses. Melody grew Meloosha Homecare from modest beginnings into a respected care brand known for high standards and strong values. Melody is passionate about mentoring others to develop confidence, leadership skills and financial independence. She also hosts the podcast Chatting with Melody Ford and has YouTube channel. A proud mother of two, Melody is driven by improving lives and giving back to her community
