Niri Patel is the Managing Director of fit20 UK, the country’s fastest-growing micro boutique fitness brand and the largest international fit20 territory. With over 25 years of experience in franchise growth and leadership, he has built a reputation for delivering consistent results through strategic focus and operational excellence.

Recently joining ERA Group India as Regional Director, Niri plays a key role in driving the brand’s expansion and strengthening its franchise operations in India. Earlier in his career, he pioneered BNI India, transforming it into the organisation’s top-performing global territory and was recently honoured as a BNI Senator for his long-standing contribution to the network.

As a founding faculty member of the Bridging Changes Leadership Academy, Niri continues to share his expertise in partnership with global organisations and institutions such as AIHM, GCSP and TASC, helping emerging leaders unlock their potential.

Outside of work, Niri is passionate about helping people thrive, from coaching youth cricket and mentoring future leaders to spending meaningful time with his family.
