A military veteran with service in the Royal Military Police, including deployment during the Gulf War, Paul brings over 35 years of leadership and operational experience across public service, financial services, recruitment and property sectors.

He designed the company’s proprietary property reporting app and has personally trained more than 150 individuals in professional roles.
