With more than 20 years’ experience in the franchise industry, Phil Harrison brings deep insight and a practical, real-world perspective to his role at NIC Local. He began his career in business development, progressing quickly into senior roles and discovering a lasting passion for franchising during his time with the British Franchise Association.

Phil has worked across every side of the franchise model – supporting franchisees, advising franchisors, and becoming a franchisee himself. He successfully built and sold his own franchise business, giving him first-hand understanding of the challenges, opportunities and commitment required to succeed.

Today, as part of the NIC Local team, Phil is focused on helping people build sustainable, profitable businesses, supported by a franchise model that consistently goes beyond industry standards.
