Rich Fisher is part of Franchise Life and Lime Licensing Group and has spent the past four years helping people move from employment into business ownership through franchising.

He works with a wide range of franchise brands across sectors including professional services, training, transport management, funeral services, web design, wellness and healthcare, car trading, wills and trusts, and retail concepts. Rich supports prospective franchisees in understanding what’s involved in franchising, whether it’s the right path for them, and how to choose an opportunity that fits their goals and lifestyle.

Before moving into franchise consultancy, Rich built his career in major blue-chip organisations in roles focused on recruitment and people development. He has also owned several franchises himself, giving him first-hand experience of both the opportunities and the common pitfalls involved in franchise ownership.
