Build-up Day (Pre-show) Thursday 16 April
SHELL SCHEME SETUP TIMES:

- Please note, if you arrive before 2:00pm and have a shell scheme stand, you will not be permitted entry into the hall.
SPACE ONLY BUILD TIMES:
- Thursday 16 April: 8:00am - 8:00pm
- Note: These times are for exhibitors with a pre-approved space only build. If you have a shell scheme stand and arrive before 2:00pm, you will not be permitted entry into the hall.
To ensure timely assistance, please arrive on the build-up day at the correct times. We cannot guarantee our suppliers will be available to assist you during the event days.
No under 16s are allowed into the halls during build or breakdown for health and safety reasons. Please ensure you bring a valid ID with you.
Health and Safety Onsite
Suitable PPE must be worn at all times by contractors and exhibitors during the build and breakdown of the event. This includes, but is not limited to:
- High-visibility vest
- Appropriate protective footwear (no open toed shoes or high heels will be permitted)
Failure to comply with PPE requirements will result in your delayed access to the hall, to ensure a safe show for everyone.
Lorry Door Access - See HERE for instructions on getting access to the lorry door, located at the back of the exhibition hall, during build-up days. DAY 1:
Exhibitor Access: 8:00am for final stand preparations only, no stand building can take place on Friday prior to show open.
Doors Open: 10:00am.
Doors Close: 5:00pm.
As soon as 5:00pm hits, you’re invited to join us at our Exhibitor Party.

Please note: This is an exclusive event for The International Franchise Show exhibitors only. Visitors will not be permitted entry, including those looking to attend as guests of exhibiting companies.
DAY 2:
Exhibitor Access: 8:00am.
Doors Open: 10:00am.
Doors Close: 4:00pm.
Note: Breakdown cannot commence until the hall is clear of all visitors and children. The start of breakdown will be announced over the speaker once the hall is clear. Before this time, you may start packing smaller items within your stand space, but please be aware of your surroundings.

Exhibitor Passes

- Anyone who will be present at your stand on the build day, show days or breakdown will need to have their own exhibitor badge.
- There is no limit on how many you exhibitors you can have on your stand, however please bear in mind the size of your stand space.
- You will need to collect your exhibitor badge from the registration desk outside the event at S6, in the Excel London boulevard. We recommend collecting these during the build day (2pm - 8pm) to ensure smooth entry prior to the show opening on the Friday and Saturday morning.
Onsite Logistics & Shipping
EFI Logistics are the official logistics, shipping and customs partner for the event.
If you require the use of a forklift, or need assistance moving materials from the lorry way to your stand, please reach out to EFI Logistics for support. EFI Logistics are the only forklift operators permitted at the event. If you have any materials you'd like shipped to the event but can't arrange for delivery on Thursday 16th April during the build day, EFI Logistics operate an 'Advance Warehouse' where you can ship your items in advance, and they will deliver it to your stand the morning of the build day. They can also assist in arranging for your materials to be shipped onwards following the event.

Onsite Deliveries
If you need access to the loading bays during the build-up or break-down, you must book a timeslot via Excel London’s Vehicle Management System powered by Voyage Control. The booking system will be published at the end of March. Once it is live, the booking link will be added here.
- It is free to book a timeslot for the build day and breakdown.
- Initially there is a limit of only one timeslot per company, per day, so all exhibitors have the opportunity to book a slot during the build up and breakdown period.
- Note: there are strict timings for the loading bay: 15 minutes for a car, and 30 minutes for a van under 7.5 tonnes.
- If you have a car and only a small number of items to bring to your stand, we recommend parking underneath Excel London and hand carrying the materials up to your stand. You are able to do this within your own time, as the loading bay has strict time limits. The cost for guaranteed parking for the entire day is £27.50 per day when pre-booked.
- No vehicle will be permitted access to the loading bay without a booking confirmation.
- It is mandatory for anyone on the lorry way to wear a hi-vis vest and suitable shoes (no open-toes).

Event Vehicles can only be access Excel London via Royal Albert Way. Please use the postcode E16 1FR in up to date satellite navigation software.

- Shell Scheme Stands - the access code will be added here in due course.
- Space Only Stands - you will be provided with the access code to book your unloading and loading slot by Dime Events, once you have submitted all the relevant health and safety paperwork and your stand is approved by the Health and Safety Officer.
Deliveries via Courier:
Deliveries will only be accepted between 9am and 8pm on Thursday 16th April, during the build day. Couriers must report to the Excel London Traffic Office upon arrival, and provide them with the show name, exhibiting company name and stand number. The Traffic Office is located parallel to the Excel, along Sandstone Lane. The lorry way doors for the event are S11, S12 and S13 (South Side). Couriers are not required to book a time slot via Voyage Control, but will be instructed to go to a waiting area where your representative must meet them to receive the goods.
If you have a Shell Scheme stand, we strongly recommend arranging for any deliveries to arrive on Thursday 16th April after 2pm, when you can be present to receive and sign for the items. Any deliveries arriving prior to this may be rejected or marked as 'undeliverable', or left by drivers somewhere within the hall space, and can go missing.
The International Franchise Show is not liable for any loss or damages of deliveries.

Parking
Excel London offers a number of pre-bookable parking spaces beneath the venue, providing easy access to the exhibition halls. As the venue will be busy during the event, we strongly recommend booking parking in advance.
- Excel London has advised that vehicles arriving without a pre-booked space may be turned away.
- Pre-booked parking will open two months before the event. Book your parking HERE once it opens.
