Official Show Contractor - Creative Live
Creative Live is the official supplier for the International Franchise Show and can provide furniture, graphics, lighting and more for your stand! They are also the exclusive supplier for electricity.

When Creating Your Account: Please ensure to verify your login via the email confirmation once you have completed your details online. You may need to add your company details if it doesn't show up. Early bird discounts are available on orders received by 17 March 2026. Standard prices will apply to orders received after this date. Orders placed onsite may result in additional charges and limited availability, so we strongly recommend ordering anything pre-show.
Important Note for Electric Orders
- If you need power overnight, please ensure you order 24 hour power via Creative Live. This is mandatory if you have a fridge or freezer on your stand.
- All electric in the hall will be switched on at 9:30am before the show opens on Friday and Saturday, and turned off at 5:30pm on Friday, and 4:30pm on Saturday.
- If you need power after 4:30pm on Saturday to facilitate a safe breakdown, please contact your Account Manager with further information, and this will be reviewed by Excel London.
Important Note about Power and Lighting
- Battery-powered lighting and batteries used to supply mains power on stands are not permitted at Excel London. This is a venue safety requirement and any such equipment identified by the Excel London Health & Safety Team onsite will be removed. This policy is in place because battery power sources cannot always be clearly identified or safely isolated in the event of a fire, and there are additional safety concerns around maintenance, transport, and storage.
- If you require power or additional lighting for your stand, please order it through Creative Live.

Internet, Stand Cleaning, Water, and Waste Disposal
Excel London offers a range of exclusive services, including the below:

Internet - both Hardwire & WiFi connections.
- Stand Cleaning - your stand will be lightly cleaned overnight prior to show open, however if you are expecting to create any untidiness within your stand, such as carrying out food or drink sampling, this is recommended to keep your stand looking great.
- Water & Piped Services - e.g. a sink if you are approved to carry out food sampling on your stand.
- Waste Management - if you expect to create rubbish during move in and move out, the disposal of this must be booked with the Excel in advance. Anything left on your stand space will be charged back to you as the exhibitor, this includes empty pallets, broken graphics or boxes.

Stand Catering - including Coffee Machines

Any food or drinks given out from your stand (excluding pre-approved sampling) must be purchased from Excel London Hospitality, as they are the exclusive providers of this within the London Excel venue.
- ELH offers a wide range of refreshments, including water coolers, water cans, nespresso coffee machines, tea facilities, soda cans, biscuits, cakes, light lunches, snacks and alcoholic drinks.
- Please note, you are not able to provide coffee on your stand, unless you are a coffee producer or manufacturer, or in certain circumstances, it has been pre-approved by Excel Hospitality.

Lead Capture & Data Scanners
Jonas Event Technology, our official registration partner, is the exclusive provider of data scanners for the event. Jonas Event Tech offers both a handheld scanner and a lead capture app which allows exhibitors to scan attendee and exhibitor badges and collect key lead data such as names, contact details, and company information.
- The handheld scanner is great for collection a high quantity of leads in a short time frame, without taking any additional information down, for example if you are running a competition, or looking for quick data capture for a newsletter sign-up.
- There is a limited quantity of handheld scanners available for the event, so if you would prefer a handheld scanner, we strongly recommend ordering this at your earliest convenience.
- The lead capture app works on any modern smartphone or tablet with a camera, and lets you add additional details including typed notes, photos, voice memos, and creating custom qualifying questions which are allocated to each lead. Still very time efficient, but also allows you to add further information to the contact.
- An internet connection is needed to set up and login to the app initially, but once logged in it can be used offline, making it a fast and easy way to capture and manage high-quality leads in real time.
- However, there is free WiFi available within the Excel London.
- Note, there are discounted rates available if more than one scanner or app is ordered for the event.

Onsite Logistics and Shipping
EFI Logistics are the official logistics, shipping and customs partner for the event.
- If you require the use of a forklift, or need assistance moving materials from the lorry way to your stand, please reach out to EFI Logistics for support.
- Note, EFI Logistics are the only forklift operators permitted at the event.
- If you have any materials you'd like shipped to the event but can't arrange for delivery on Thursday 16th April during the build day, EFI Logistics operate an 'Advance Warehouse' where you can ship your items in advance, and they will deliver it to your stand the morning of the build day.
- EFI can also assist in arranging for your materials to be shipped onwards following the event.
