Jonas Event Technology, the official registration provider, offers a lead retrieval service that enables exhibitors to scan the badge of any event attendee or exhibitor who visits their stand, to collect their registration contact information. Using an instantaneous data collection service like this is a great way to maximise your time at your stand, and efficiently capture leads during the show.

  • You can order a handheld scanner, or a mobile app (or both).
  • The app is compatible with smartphones and tablets with a camera. Note: An internet connection or mobile data is required to set up the app and login, however no connection is required once it is set up. This can be done before arriving onsite. If you don't have internet at the show, the app will sync any scanned data once it reconnects to the internet, and there is free WiFi available within the venue available to use.
  • Discounts are available for ordering more than one scanner and/or app license.
